How do I place an Order?
Visit our website. Browse you desired collection. choose your preferred product from your favorite collection. Add it to cart and proceed to enter your shipping information. Our courier will be at your step in few days. You can always contact us on our social media accounts for further assistance.

What Payment Methods do you accept?
Currently we only offer cash on delivery. A digital payment method will be added soon.
Return & Exchange
Do you allow return & exchange?
All the basic-wear can be exchanged within three days. To maintain the hygiene of our scarves, we do not allow any return & exchange after delivery. You can return and exchange a scarf directly, with the courier. Please note that the delivery fee will be charged in this case. _ During sale periods, we allow the exchange of products, however returns are not allowed.
What is the return & exchange policy for defected scarves?
You can return & exchange a defected scarf, within 3 days of delivery. The scarf will have to be in its initial condition. It can not be worn, or tried on. A courier fee will not be charged in this case.
How do I return an item?

Shipping
How long does take for shipping?
It takes 2-3 working days to ship within Cairo & Alexandria. 3-5 working days to ship to other cities.
What shipping methods are available?
We have a courier service, that ships our products all over Egypt.
What is the cost of shipping?
We have a fixed shipping cost of 50 LE that is applied on all cities all over Egypt.
How long does a pre-order item take to be shipped?
It takes 1 to 2 business weeks to be stocked. You can contact us thru our website or any of our platforms, to inquire about the status of your order at anytime.
Pre-ordering
What does pre-ordering mean?
Pre-ordering enables you to reserve your favorite TiA products, that are currently out of stock and receive your order once it's re-stocked.
How can I pre-order ?
Pre-ordering appears for selected out of stock TiA items, which allows you to add the product to your cart and we'll deliver it, as soon as it's re-stocked.
What happens when I place an order that includes a pre-order item?
We will deliver the entire order once the pre-ordered items are restocked. If you would like to receive the stocked items first, we advise that you separate the orders.
